EXCITING NEWS -
Our brand new Sensory Room has opened!
Join us at one of our Sensory Stay & Play sessions every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 10am-12pm!
All ages welcome, no booking necessary and a trained sensory room support worker on hand.

Shared Reading Group
An exciting new group! Shared reading group will start on Tuesday 11th March and continue every Tuesday, 1:30-3pm.
Shared reading allows people to connect and share experiences using stories and poems, with no pressure to talk or read aloud. Everyone is welcome to join or come along and listen whilst spending time with likeminded people
Youth Club
Every Monday we offer two Youth Club sessions to help provide young people, in the local area, with somewhere to 'hang out'
Each of these sessions has specific activities provided by four youth workers.
Young children's youth club - 4-6pm (years 2,3&4)
Older children's youth club - 6-8pm (years 5+)
No booking required & drinks/snacks provided
Please note: both Youth Clubs are term time only

Community Walking Circle
Every Monday at 11:30am we host a Community Walking Circle. These groups are a chance for people in our community to go for a walk and have a chat, it's as simple as that! We aim to get people moving and tackle loneliness. Everyone is welcome including children and animals! No set plan of where to walk, just meet at our centre at 11:30am and join us for a leisurely walk around our beautiful area
Buddhist Meditation
We provide Buddhist mediation classes with instructor, Viera. These sessions are every Friday morning from 11:30-12:30pm, no booking required and everyone is welcome. No charge but donations are welcome. For more information see
Prize Bingo​

Join us at our new, weekly Prize Bingo, every Monday from 12-2pm. It is 50p per person to play and everyone is welcome. Refreshments and tea & coffee available.
